“We purchased VLS 3.6 60W CO2 laser cutting machine in 2013 and had an excellent experience with the product as well as the allied services, be it occasional repairs (very rare as the machine is very robust) or annual maintenance. In particular, I remember that back in 2015, when IIT Patna was moving to its permanent campus in Bihta from Patna city, which is around 35 km, the team at Unique laser helped us in providing technical support in the transport of the machine. Later, in our different funded project, we needed a slightly bigger machine and we purchased VLS 4.6 from the same company and even with that machine, we have had a very good experience.
